Jacson.se sells goods via the internet within Sweden to individuals and businesses with personal or organizational numbers. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID for parcel deliveries. If you are under 18, you need consent from your guardian to make a purchase. For card purchases where the customer is a minor, the cardholder is responsible.

Ordering

Orders are placed on our website www.jacson.se. If you have questions about how to order, feel free to call our customer service at 042-44 22 200 or email order@jacson.se. Completed orders imply acceptance of our terms of purchase and consent to having your name and personal or organizational number registered in our customer register. An agreement for purchase is only made when we confirm the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery cannot be made for any reason, and if you have placed multiple orders, we reserve the right to combine them and deliver them in one package. We also reserve the right for items sold out. Sold-out items will be removed from your order, and you will not be charged for them. You as a customer can reorder these items when they become available again in our webshop.

Prices and product images

All prices are stated in Swedish Krona including VAT. Product images on the website do not guarantee the exact appearance of the item. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information and to change product information and prices without prior notice. Jacson.se reserves the right to correct any errors in price and product information or other content on the website. In case of inaccuracies, Jacson.se reserves the right to correct them subsequently. We reserve the right to adjust prices, sell out, inventory discrepancies, technical problems, changes in technical specifications, and any typographical errors on our site or in our ads. We reserve the right to cancel erroneous orders.

Jacson.se is encrypted with Verisign 256-bit SSL protection, visible in the URL field, which protects you as a consumer from insecure handling of personal information. By registering and/or ordering, you consent to us storing and using your information in our business to fulfill and provide the service you can expect from us. According to PUL (the Personal Data Act), you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If you find it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. Please contact our customer service, and we will assist you. The information you provide about yourself is used by Jacson.se and our partners for payment and delivery. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties. Jacson.se uses data from the customer register for product mailings. You receive our newsletter when you go through the express checkout; you can also subscribe to our newsletter when you register as a customer. You can unsubscribe at any time, either via the link in the newsletter or by contacting our customer service. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing incorrect personal information. Shipping and delivery

Jacson.se only ships orders within Sweden. The free shipping threshold is 1000 SEK (excluding home delivery on pallets), see shipping cost for orders under 1000 SEK below. If the item you ordered is in stock, we usually ship it within 1-2 working days (except during campaigns or holidays). The delivery time of the shipping company is then added, depending on where in the country you live. On public holidays and weekends, delivery times may be delayed due to high pressure on the shipping companies. In case of delivery problems, please contact the shipping company you selected when placing your order. Jacson cannot provide any delay guarantee caused by public holidays, campaigns, or processing time by our carriers. This means that the total delivery time before the item reaches you may occasionally be longer. At Jacson, you as a customer can choose from various shipping options, which are presented below. In cases where the chosen delivery method is not possible, we reserve the right to change the delivery method.

Home Delivery with Postnord or Bring
If you choose the Home Delivery option, you agree not to sign for the delivery. The receipt is considered to have been given when the driver delivers the package, and the responsibility then transfers to the recipient. If your order goes missing or gets damaged after delivery, you have no right to compensation from either the shipping company or Jacson/Dogman. Choose this option only if you feel comfortable leaving your shipment outside your door before you have a chance to receive it. You will receive advance information about delivery in a notification from the carrier. Shipping cost for home delivery: 79 SEK.

Delivery to Pickup Point via Postnord or Bring
You will receive a notification from Postnord/Bring when the package is ready for pickup at your nearest agent. Please note that the package will remain at the agent for 7 days, after which it will be returned to us. We will then charge a fee of 300 SEK for uncollected packages. Shipping cost: 49 SEK.

Delivery to Mailbox/Door Postnord
Fast, convenient, and trackable to your mailbox or at your door. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to your door or in a bag outside your mailbox. You will be notified via SMS/email and in the PostNord App where you can follow your delivery. Shipping cost: 49 SEK.

Home Delivery on Pallet with DSV
Larger orders that are bulky or exceed 35kg are sent with home delivery on a pallet with the carrier DSV. You will be notified by DSV by phone for a suitable delivery day and time. Shipping cost for home delivery on pallet: 250 SEK.

Payment

At checkout, you can choose between payment methods invoice, installment, card payment, or direct payment. All payment methods are provided by Klarna. In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may share your personal information in the form of contact details and order information with Klarna, for Klarna to assess whether you can choose the payment methods and to customize them for you. Your personal information shared is processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy information. Klarna has the right to perform a credit check where required to grant credit terms. As a customer, you agree to pay within the specified time for the selected payment method. Payment after the due date may incur late fees and interest. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. However, at Jacson, you have 100 days! The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive the item. However, a condition is that the item, with its original packaging, is unused, undamaged, and unbroken. If the item is not in its original condition when returned to us, we may make a deduction equivalent to the depreciation of the item. For some products, such as hygiene items, unbroken sealing also applies. The sealing can consist of tape or a sealed plastic bag that must not be opened for the right of return to be used. To make a return, use the enclosed return shipping label (if you have chosen home delivery as a delivery option, you need to contact customer service to get a return shipping label). It is important that the return shipping label is affixed to an outer transport packaging and not to the item's original packaging. Attach a fully completed return form that you received with your items. An administrative fee of 49 SEK is added to all returns, deducted from the refund amount. It may take up to 30 days for your return to be processed and refunded, but usually, it is much faster. For exchanges, place a new order for the desired item and receive a refund for the item you return. Note that exchanges and returns do not apply to discounted items purchased at fairs.

Exchanges & Returns of Pre-Loved

When you purchase a Pre-Loved product, you always have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a customer have the right to withdraw your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order. If you want to withdraw your purchase before the withdrawal period has expired, you must return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your package. The return form included with your package must be fully completed for the return to be valid. If you want to withdraw your purchase after 14 days, exchange rights apply, not open purchase.

Refund

If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you postpone the due date yourself by contacting Klarna at klarna.com/se/customer service or by calling 08-120 120 10. When we have received and checked the returned item, we will register a refund with Klarna as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days according to the Distance Contracts Act.

Unclaimed Packages

We reserve the right to charge for the costs incurred for unclaimed packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 300 SEK if a package is not collected. The shipment remains at the post office for 7 days (Bring) before it is returned to us. Therefore, if you want to return an item, you need to collect the package first and then return it as described above.

Complaints

If you have received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact our customer service immediately at hello@jacson.se. Describe the issue as comprehensively as possible and attach a picture of the product and the damage. If we cannot resolve the issue, you will, of course, be entitled to claim the product for a replacement or a refund. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions provided by us. Jacson reserves the right to reject complaints if we believe the product is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In case of any dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
